Free To Be Instructors

Everybody is welcome at Free To Be. We offer a variety of fitness classes that are suited to your personal goals. Instructor Kate Dunn teaches a Thursday class focusing on abs and arms. If you are looking for a total body fitness class, Val Agostinelli teaches an energizing class twice weekly on Mondays and Wednesdays. LeAnn Flowers, Ashley Freeman and I teach Reformer Pilates classes Monday-Thursday. Together we have over 25 years of experience in Pilates. Aerial yoga and Bungee are not currently offered as weekly classes but private lessons and parties are offered. All instructors have previous certification in group fitness and CPR.

Regular Yoga is offered 2 times a week and is suitable for all levels from the beginning yogi to the more advanced yogi. I am RYT certified and I am a member of Yoga Alliance. Additionally I have certification in Children's Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Restorative Yoga. Group classes and private classes are offered at Free To Be. Yoga classes have countless physical and mental benefits including managing stress, improving sleep quality, decreasing anxiety, and improving flexibility and mobility.

Holly Ellis


Holly is a certified Zumba instructor who offers a fun filled cardio dance class on Thursdays at 5:15 pm. She is also trained in Pilates and teaches afternoon classes at Free To Be. Join Holly for an upbeat fun Zumba class or a traditional Pilates class.

Ashley teaches Fundamental Pilates and Elevated Pilates for all levels from the beginner to the more advanced student. She is an experienced teacher who takes time with her clients to meet their individual needs. Join her class for a creative and individualized workout.

LeAnn Flowers


LeAnn teaches Reformer Pilates at Free To Be weekly. She is a skilled Pilates student and instructor with more than ten years experience. Classes are ideal for all fitness levels and the reformer can be adjusted to accommodate individual students. Pilates employs many of the principles of yoga such as improving flexibility, mobility, balance and coordination. Additionally, Pilates improves posture by focusing on correct alignment and spinal support. Join LeAnn for a a unique and enjoyable workout on the reformer.
