Pilates is ideal for all fitness levels. It strengthens core muscles and improves balance, coordination, and posture. Long lean muscles are achieved through consistent Pilates practice.
Elevated Pilates is an advanced cardio class incorporating weights, bands, balls, and other props. It is an invigorating work out while still focusing on gaining long lean muscles through the traditional Pilates method.
This is a fundamental pilates class with a slower more basic flow than regular Pilates.
Aerial Yoga is yoga that involves using swings to perform traditional yoga poses in alternative ways. It is an acrobatic sculpting workout that incorporates yoga movement. Private parties are available upon request.
Ashley will be teaching an 8 week series twice weekly for Pilates instructor training on Tuesdays and Thursdays in June at 1:15 pm.
