Free To Be Policies

Effective 9/5/23

1. Cancellation Policy- Cancellations that are not made 48 hours before class will not be issued a class credit with the exception of an emergency.

2. In the case of an emergency outside of 48 hours, please contact me or the class instructor. Personal scheduling issues and common illnesses are not considered emergencies and will not be issued a refund.

3. If the instructor cancels class, the client will be refunded payment.

4. No children under the age of 12 will be allowed in the studio with the exception of children’s yoga.

5. A client may not send someone else to take their place in a class if they cancel.

6. All group classes must have a minimum of 3 people.

7. If a client chooses to participate in a class with less than the minimum number required, he/she will be charged the private fee.
