Bungee Fitness Policies

  1. Know your body and your own limitations. Take a break as needed.
  2. Avoid practicing on a full stomach but eat something because you will need the carbs for energy.
  3. Do not sign up for Bungee class if you are pregnant.
  4. All students are required to sign a liability waiver prior to taking bungee fitness classes.
  5. Policies may be added as needed. Please refer to the blog.
  6. The instructor reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not adhere to the bungee fitness policies.
  7. The manufacturer of the bungees have a set weight limit of 200 lbs per bungee.

8. A client may not send someone else to fill their harness if they cancel.

9. You may not participate in bungee class if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

10. Please consult your physician for any health concerns prior to attending a bungee fitness class.

11. Leggings rather than shorts are suggested for maximum comfort and mobility.

12. No recording is allowed in the studio at any time.
